Metropolitan State University 

First College at Metropolitan State University offers an Individualized Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Aviation Management. Required and elective aviation courses are provided in the Twin Cities area by Minnesota State University – Mankato, St. Cloud State University, and Winona State University. General education and liberal studies courses are provided by Metropolitan State.
