Coach Miescke grew up in Horicon, WI. He attended Fox Valley Technical College from 2003-2006 where he obtained his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and graduated with honors. He was on the Intramural Board while attending FVTC and helped bring competitive athletics to the college. He also played on the first competitive men's basketball team at FVTC in the 2005-2006 season where he received the "student-athlete of the year" award.

Coach Miescke was a full time police officer for the Ladysmith Police Department from 2007-2009. Upon moving back to the Appleton area he is now attending UW-Oshkosh to finish up his Bachelors Degree in Human Services Leadership and also plans to receive his Masters Degree in Counseling.

Coach Miescke was as assistant coach for FVTC's women's basketball team for the 2009-2010 season. He was hired as the head coach before the 2010-2011 season. This last season was his 2nd season as the head coach for your Lady Foxes. Coach Miescke expects hard work and dedication to try to make the athletic program at Fox Valley Technical College second to none.
