As a caregiver, Brenda understands the importance of communication with patients, especially those who do not speak fluent English. The Spanish for Healthcare training empowered Brenda with effective ways to enhance communication and raise patients’ comfort levels. She also participated in an immersion experience in Mexico to better understand the cultural elements of her diverse clientele.
