1. Register with FVTC.
Register for your APICS Online course at: https://www.fvtc.edu/boeing-education
Important: Boeing’s voucher does NOT include the exam fee. You must submit payment for the exam fee directly to Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) using a credit card 9 business days prior to class start date, or with check, or e check 14 business days before class start date by logging into your FVTC account.
After you pass the exam, Boeing will reimburse you. Request an exam receipt from FVTC and submit it to Boeing.

2. Sign Up in the Boeing LTP System
Complete all required fields in the Boeing Learning Together Program (LTP) system for approval and processing.
3. Submit Billing Documentation to FVTC
Email your Voucher (U.S.) or Sponsorship Letter (ILHE) to both of the following:

4. Your Physical Learning System Materials
Your materials will ship to the mailing address you provided. You will receive tracking information directly from the shipping carrier. Expect to receive an email from APICS Learning System Customer Care to activate your online learning system access.
5. Receive Your FVTC Course Welcome Email
Five business days before your course start date, FVTC (APICSOnline@fvtc.edu) will send a welcome message with step by step instructions to access your online course.
6. Upon Course Completion
Request and submit both of the following to Boeing:
• Unofficial Transcript
Log in to your FVTC student account to obtain your Unofficial Transcript.
• Certificate of Completion
Email: APICSOnline@fvtc.edu to request your certificate.
