Make the most of the glories of summer gardens, CSA boxes or trips to the farm market with some fresh and fun ideas from Chef Shelly Platten. Learn how to make Herb Lime Marinated Chicken with Peachy Tomato Salsa, paired with Pesto Dressed Potato and Green Bean Salad and Spiced Zucchini Carrot Snack Cake with Lemony Icing. Not only will you learn great cooking techniques and ways to frugally use up fruits and veggies, you will take the recipes home with you and sample all of these delicious dishes.
