Learn how to write business documents, use Microsoft Office products and employ essential oral interpersonal skills. You’ll gain an understanding of direct and indirect business communication, public speaking, listening, as well as features in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You can then apply these skills in professional workplace settings.
