Career Exploration Center Opens on Campus

| By: Britten, Casey

In an effort to optimize skill building in STEM, three organizations joined forces to develop the first-ever Junior Achievement career exploration facility on a college campus in Wisconsin. The nonprofit organization teamed up with Community First Credit Union and Fox Valley Technical College to open the Community First Career Exploration & Financial Literacy Center on the college’s Appleton campus.

Huge crowds attended both a dedication ceremony and public open house on January 22 at 11 Tri Park Way near FVTC’s D.J. Bordini Center to make history and discover the center’s services.
