College places 6th in division for National Step Challenge

Some fancy footwork by Fox Valley Technical College employees has paid off, big time. For the third year in a row, a team participated in the 2020 Go365 National Step Challenge. And, for the third year in a row, the team placed in its division.

The Go365 challenge was held from October 14 to November 11. During this window of time, the FVTC team competed against other employers nationwide to reach the highest daily average count. The college recently learned it placed sixth in the Jumbo Group Division (100+ participants). As a second-tier winner, Go365 is donating 15,000 meals to our local chapter of Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger relief organization.

Since the yearly challenges began, a total of 73,826 meals have been donated to Feeding America because of FVTC employees’ commitment to the health and wellness contest. Let’s get on our feet and give them a standing ovation!
