New Articulation Agreements with UWGB

New Articulation Agreements with UWGB

| By: Britten, Casey

Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB) announced five new articulation agreements between the two institutions.

Associate degree graduates from FVTC’s Automated Manufacturing Systems, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, and Electronic Engineering Technology programs will transfer into UWGB’s Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering Technology program. In addition, Mechanical Design Technology associate degree graduates from FVTC can now transfer into UWGB through its Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology as part of the collaboration.

The new transfer accord was established to address the region’s shortage for skilled workers in the fields of engineering, automation, mechanical design, and electronics. About 64-70 credits make up this articulation between the two schools.
