Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Fox Valley Technical College uses Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security to your account and help protect your personal information.

The first time you sign in to an FVTC system, you may be asked to help keep your account secure by setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The easiest and recommended way to do this is by downloading the free Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone. If you'd rather use a different method, simply select Set up a different method and choose the option that works best for you.
