Login Instructions:

Username: Your username for signing in to your Office 365 email is your staff ID (example: lastname).

Password: Your password is the same password you use to log in to your MyFVTC Account.

How do I reset my password?
  1. Go to Staff Login

  2. Select "Reset Password"

How do I sync my email to my smartphone or tablet?

You can access your FVTC email via your Android device (phones and tablets) or any iOS device (iPhones and iPad). While each phone is different, the process to get your device ready is the same.

Protect Yourself: Tips to Avoid Email Scams

  • Trust your gut. If an email seems odd, trust yourself. 
  • Seems too good to be true. It probably is. 
  • When in doubt. Throw it out. 
  • Watch for time deadline pressures. Most scams add “end of day” or “you’ll lose access very soon” to make your worry you’ll miss something. 
  • Consider the sender. Do you have business with this person needing an immediate response? Or why would they be contacting you? 
  • Consider the address. Does the email address have odd characters, spelling errors, foreign countries listed? 
  • Skip the email link. Avoid email links. Go directly to the college website, bank or bill pay site instead, and log in. 
  • Check the wording. Misspellings, grammar errors and poor wording are clues. 
  • Take a deep breath. Come back to it later. Sometimes the extra time will help you realize it’s fake. 
  • Email is easy to spoof. Just because it “says” it’s from one person, doesn’t mean it actually came from them.
