High school students, did you know you can get a head start on college by earning college credit in high school? Building a career pathway will help you prepare for a career that matches your interests and abilities.

Dual Credit

FVTC courses, taught at the student's high school, by a certified high school teacher.

Start College Now

Qualified public-school juniors and seniors may take college-level classes at FVTC, if a comparable course is not offered within their district. 

Academies

Academies are program specific pathways to earning a credential in high school.

Students Under 18 - College Class Registration

Students who have not graduated high school may take college credit-earning classes outside of the above options if they meet the criteria outlined in the Under 18 Registration Policy. Note that classes taken outside of Dual Credit, Start College Now, and Academy options will not qualify for high school credit. To register, please fill out one of the forms below:
