A group of technology entrepreneurs from the Ukraine joined members of our Venture Center and Global Education & Services department for a weeklong immersion in best practices regarding small business growth and economic development.

The international guests toured area small businesses with a shared interest in how information technology can help grow economic development on a global scale. With the support of the Venture Center, the Ukrainian business professionals also discussed their small business vision with attendees of the weekly 1 Million Cups entrepreneur networking event. The women technology leaders used that opportunity to expand the small business knowledge of regional entrepreneurs while creating global connections.

The international collaboration between FVTC and the business delegates from the Ukraine is sponsored by the Open World Leadership Center.
