Annual Documentation Requirements:
Many health requirements must be renewed each year. If you are enrolled in a program with clinical experiences, you will likely need to submit updated documentation each summer to stay eligible for future clinicals and courses. Deadlines and instructions will be shared through your FVTC email and Viewpoint account.
Start Early: Begin reviewing and gathering your required documentation as soon as possible, as some items can take days or weeks to complete.
Keep in mind that certain requirements must be completed during a specific timeframe and cannot be submitted too early. Refer to Viewpoint for requirement descriptions and deadlines.
