Itemized Fee Breakdown

1. Register with FVTC for an APICS Online course.
   • Please be aware that Boeing does not cover the exam. Participants are responsible for paying this portion to FVTC with credit card, check or e-check. Boeing will reimburse the exam fee upon successful completion of the exam. Contact FVTC at APICSOnline@fvtc.edu or by phone at 920-993-5150 and request an exam receipt. 
   • FVTC does not offer international billing services. Course fees must be paid in full using a Credit Card, or by Flywire. For any questions, please contact Student Finance via email at StudentFinance@fvtc.edu or by phone at 920-735-4871.
2. Sign up in the Boeing LTP system and ensure all required fields are completed.
3. Email the Voucher (U.S.) or Sponsorship Letter (ILHE) to StudentFinance@fvtc.edu and APICSOnline@fvtc.edu for billing purposes.
4. Your physical materials will be sent to your mailing address you provided during registration, and you can expect an email from the shipping company with tracking details.
5. Expect a separate email from APICS Learning System Customer Care to activate your Learning System web component that aligns with your course materials.
6. FVTC will send you a welcome letter via email, providing detailed, step-by-step instructions to access the course.
