Vice President - Human Resources
Susan Kaufman, SHRM-CP, PHR, joined Fox Valley Technical College in 2002 and currently serves as the Vice President - Human Resources. Kaufman oversees talent acquisition, risk management, organizational and staff development, payroll, labor relations and employee relations, along with benefits and compensation for the College.
Prior to joining Fox Valley Technical College, Kaufman started her career in human resources in a variety of roles within the direct sales industry. She held various HR leadership roles at Fox Valley Technical College with her most recent position as Associate Director of Human Resources. Kaufman has served as an adjunct instructor for the Human Resources program; she’s also served in the community as SHRM Fox Valley Board Treasurer, and as a member of the Oshkosh Public Museum Board of Directors.
Kaufman received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Marian University in Fond du Lac and a Master’s degree in Managerial and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc. She earned both SHRM-CP and PHR certifications and is a Leadership Oshkosh graduate.
