Fox Valley Technical College has partnered with Parchment to provide a fast and secure online transcript ordering service that is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A $9.00 fee will apply to each official and unofficial transcript that is processed online via Parchment (additional charges will apply for rush orders and alternate mailing options). A $10.00 fee will apply to each official and unofficial transcript that is processed by submitting other college/university transcript forms (FVTC does not have paper transcript order forms - Parchment is the preferred ordering method).
If you are ordering a GED or HSED transcript please access the WI DPI transcript request form here: http://dpi.wi.gov/ged/transcripts. These requests are not processed through Fox Valley Technical College.
