The Fox Valley Tech Fitness Center features a variety of exercise equipment available for free use by students and staff.
Included in the center are cardiovascular and strength equipment, as well as shower and locker facilities. Several health and wellness programs are offered to students and staff throughout the year.
All group fitness classes are now virtual! Join our live sessions or participate on your own with the recordings on YouTube.You can find each class and register by using the Fitness Center app or web version at www.fvtc.virtuagym.com and click on “Schedule” to find the classes.Each class will open up 15 minutes prior to the start to allow for conversations and social time. Web cams and microphones are not required.

A free one time, one hour appointment where you will learn about exercise recommendations and how to properly use the equipment. You will leave with a full body strength training routine personalized for you.
Achieve the fitness levels you desire through a continually changing strength program. Receive 1:1 attention every 6-8 weeks learning new exercises and proper technique to get you to your end goal.
Program available after completion of orientation.
Test your current fitness level to establish a baseline or track progress. Students get two free fitness assessments each semester. The Fitness Assessment includes body composition testing, blood pressure, 3 minute step test, push-ups, sit-ups, and sit & reach.
Track your nutrition using the FVTC Fitness Center App and schedule an appointment to have it reviewed.

FVTC wants to recognize current FVTC students that are showing outstanding efforts in maintaining a healthy and balanced life. Each month, one student will be selected and featured on the Facebook page, display TV’s in the Fitness Center and the Fox Times. Students and staff can submit nominations.
