Critical Core Skills Series

Leading & Supervising Series (24 Hours)

Gain confidence and skills to take charge of your work area as a formal or informal leader. Benefit from step-by-step behaviors and communication skills that increase team members’ motivation, productivity, accountability, trust and commitment.

Modules include: Motivating the Team, žCommunicating for Results, žProviding Performance Feedback, Coaching Job Skills, ž Resolving Conflict, žSupporting & Leading Change.

Supervision (18 Hours)

Take advantage of this opportunity to hone your supervisory skills and improve your performance as a first-level manager. This six-course series is ideal for supervisors and managers in all industries. Analyze your role as a supervisor, learn 16 personality types and how to lead them, develop strategies to communicate clearly for results, build skills to handle correction effectively, influence ways that build respect in your leadership, and learn to affect employee behavior.

Modules include: Supervision Fundamentals, Leading Different Personalities, Effective Communication, Constructive Feedback, Leadership, Motivation

Train-the-Trainer Certificate Series (24 Hours)

Take advantage of this great opportunity to hone your training skills. Join other trainers to formalize your training expertise. The interactive content on training design provides the background to create a training plan focusing on participant needs. The delivery content gives you an opportunity to practice strategies to help your training flow smoothly. The assessment content includes strategies to ensure effectiveness of your training including feedback on your training performance.

Modules include:  Designing Training to Achieve Results, Delivery Strategies to Engage Learners, Assessing Training to Assure Success
