Disability Services (formerly Educational Support Services) are available to assist in creating an accessible college community where students with disabilities have an equal opportunity to fully participate in all aspects of the educational environment.
We cooperate through partnerships with students, faculty and staff to promote students' independence and to ensure recognition of their abilities, not disabilities. Fox Valley Tech provides accommodations and support services in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act (ADAA) to:
- Students with documented disabilities
- Students seeking Title IX pregnancy/parenting accommodations
- Students with temporary, non-chronic impairment
- Students and guests with disabilities participating in FVTC sponsored activities and using FVTC facilities
