Student Photo Identification Cards are available through Student Life. In order to be issued a Student Photo ID Card, an individual must be currently registered in at least one or more, one credit Fox Valley Technical College class(es). ABE and ELL students are also eligible.
Students requesting their first Student Photo ID Card should visit Student Life in Appleton or the front desk of the Riverside Campus in Oshkosh, Chilton, Clintonville, Waupaca, or Wautoma regional centers. Students must provide photo proof of identification in order to receive a student ID card.
Student Photo ID Cards are used for official college transactions, including testing services, student discounts, computer access, library book rental, locker rental, participation in Student Life events, including recreational trips and book buy-back. Your student ID card may also be used for voting in conjunction with a printout of your current class enrollment.
Each Student Photo ID Card has an expiration date. Students are responsible to request a renewed Student Photo ID Card from Student Life prior to the expiration date. There is no charge for a renewed Student Photo ID Card, but students are subject to the enrollment requirements from above in order to be issued a renewed Student Photo ID Card.
Students not having a valid Student Photo ID Card will not be eligible to receive services, discounts, or giveaways. Students who lose their ID card may purchase a replacement card for a fee, and only if their accounts are in good standing with the College.
